General Contracting

We specialise in the comprehensive realisation of construction work commissioned by the investor, in what is known as general contracting, but we also have a professional approach to any other type of work: closed shell, open shell, developer state, finishing work.

Comprehensive operation and the possibility of choosing a single responsible partner for the entire construction process is an attractive option, often preferred by investors, that in addition allows us to optimise the investment in financial terms as well as the timing of the investment’s implementation. As a General Contractor, we take on all responsibilities: the formal and legal steps to obtain an occupancy permit, verification of design documentation, and the possible optimisation of technological and material solutions. We conduct, manage and supervise all the groundwork, construction, installation and finishing works, and the preparing of the facility for final acceptance.
