Prefabrication is the manufacturing of components (semi-finished products) in a factory, from which the structure of a building can be assembled in the next stage, directly on site.
BURDA has a modern, fully equipped prefabrication plant with a very well-developed production line for traditionally reinforced and prestressed elements as well as steel constructions. We use only proven solutions and high-quality materials from reputable manufacturers, which, combined with our developed methods and technical expertise, allow us to offer you the best solutions at the lowest possible price.
Our emphasis is on minimising the construction process by using prefabricated elements as much as possible. Our priority is fast, professional and efficient implementation.
Workshop project
Using advanced calculation models, our designers are able to significantly reduce the dimensions of the structural elements and consequently can minimise the costs of the designed prefabricated elements.
Production
In the course of prefabrication, we use the state-of-the-art technology and the best-performing materials and accessories, paying the most careful attention to detail and quality of workmanship.
Transport
We have our own transport fleet, which streamlines logistics operations and enables rapid delivery of components to the construction site.
